TruEXP is a fan loyalty app from TruEXP for live music and sports. Fans claim a digital ticket stub for the shows they attend, build a collection, earn badges, and connect with other fans of the same events.

This page is the fastest way to get help with the TruEXP app. Email support@truexp.com and a person will reply within one business day. Include the email address on your TruEXP account and, if it helps, a screenshot.

1. Contact Us

Support and general questions: support@truexp.com Privacy requests, including data access and deletion: privacy@truexp.com Legal notices: legal@truexp.com

We answer every message within one business day. Reports of abusive content or behavior are reviewed within 24 hours.

2. Signing In

You can sign in with your email and password, with Sign in with Apple, or with Google. All three reach the same account as long as they use the same email address.

Forgot your password? Tap Sign In, then Forgot password, and follow the email. If you turned on two-factor authentication and lost your authenticator, email support@truexp.com from the address on your account and we will verify you and reset it.

3. Your Account and Deleting It

Profile details, privacy, blocked accounts and two-factor authentication live in the app under Settings.

To delete your account, open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, stubs, photos, comments and chats are removed. If you only want a break, Deactivate Account in the same screen hides your profile and content until you sign back in.

If you cannot sign in to delete your account, email privacy@truexp.com from the address on the account and we will complete the deletion for you.

4. Stubs, Events and Attendance

A stub is claimed from an event page or an invite link before the show. After the show, the stub's back fills in with the people who were there, the event chat and your photos.

TruEXP confirms attendance with a geofence around the venue during the event window. You are asked for location permission only after you claim a stub for an upcoming event, and nothing is recorded outside those event windows. If you attended but your stub was not confirmed, email support@truexp.com with the event name and date.

RSVPs and ticket links on Discovery go to the organizer or ticket seller. Questions about tickets, refunds or entry go to them; we are happy to point you to the right contact.

5. Reporting and Blocking

Every profile, feed post, comment and chat message has a Report action, and any account can be blocked from its profile or from a conversation. Blocked accounts are listed under Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Manage Blocked Accounts.

Reports open a ticket with our team and are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks the Terms is removed and repeat accounts are suspended. If you need to reach us about a report, email support@truexp.com and mention the report.

6. Notifications, Contacts and Permissions

Push notifications can be adjusted per category in Settings, then Notifications, and per event on each stub.

Invite Friends reads the contacts on your device so you can pick who to invite, then opens your phone's own Messages app. Your contacts are never uploaded to TruEXP.

Camera and photo access are used only when you choose to take or share a photo. Calendar access is used only when you save a show to your calendar.

7. Something Else?

If the app crashes, a page will not load, or a feature behaves differently from what this page says, tell us at support@truexp.com. Include your device model, iOS version and the build line shown at the bottom of Settings; it tells us exactly which version you are running.

Need a Hand?

A person reads every message. Include the email on your TruEXP account so we can find you quickly.
